REFUND POLICY

We are a small, bespoke kaftan brand producing limited quantities of each design. Our kaftans are offered in a one-size-fits-most silhouette, and due to the nature of our production, all sales are final at this time.

If you have questions about fit, fabric, or styling before purchasing, we’re always happy to help—please reach out prior to placing your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is placed, production begins immediately. Some pieces are in stock and ready to ship, while others are made to order and require approximately 4–6 weeks for production.

After your item is complete, please allow 5–7 business days for processing and shipment. While we do our best to ship promptly, delivery timelines may be affected by national holidays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
