REFUND POLICY
We are a small bespoke one size kaftan company. We make very few units of each item and the items are one size fits most so all sales are final at this time.
SHIPPING POLICY
As soon as you click “buy” we get to work producing the items! So are in stock and on hand and others are made to order and take 4-6 weeks to make. Once we have the item please give us 5-7 business days to ship your order. Of course, in the case of mother nature and national holidays, shipping may be subject to delay.
